STTARS stands for Safety, Training, Technical Assistance, Resources and Support. STTARS is a project of the NIWRC created to respond to housing insecurity and homelessness for AI/AN/NH survivors of domestic violence. Our vision is “Safe Housing for All Our Relatives.”
